Brandon Turner is hiring a Head of Content to run his personal brand full-time — not manage it alongside your own. His channels reach 925K+ followers across 7 platforms, ~7M views/month, and a 100K+ email list, with YouTube (45.7K subscribers) as the single biggest untapped opportunity. This is a builder role: you're expected to shoot, edit, write, and pitch — not just direct a team.
What you'll do
Own content strategy and production across Brandon's channels, with YouTube as the top priority Pitch topics and write titles for a high-volume content calendar Shoot and edit content personally Write copy — captions, emails — that gets a real response Work inside AI tools daily to move faster
What we're looking for
You've made someone (or something) niche-famous before, and can point to the work You've run high-volume content with a small team and know your real output numbers You edit for engagement yourself, not just approve someone else's cut You can pitch strong hooks and titles on demand You use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok daily, not occasionally You're comfortable going all-in on someone else's brand rather than building your own alongside it
